1. Ownership
   This software, including its source code, compiled packages (.deb files),
   preference bundle, artwork, logos, icons, screenshots and package pages
   (together, the "Software"), is owned by Amirii's Customs and is protected
   by copyright law. "RelayBridge" and "Amirii's Customs" and their logos are
   trademarks of Amirii's Customs.

2. What you may do
   You may download, install and use the Software free of charge on devices
   you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, when obtained from
   the official repository:
   https://amiriiscustoms.github.io/relaybridge4ios/

3. What you may not do (without prior written permission)
   a. Copy, re-upload, mirror or redistribute the Software or any part of it,
      including hosting the .deb files on another repository or website.
   b. Modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works of the Software.
   c. Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except to the
      extent applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction.
   d. Sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the Software,
      or bundle it with other products or services.
   e. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or license notices.
   f. Use the RelayBridge or Amirii's Customs names or logos in a way that
      suggests your product is made, endorsed or approved by Amirii's Customs.

4. Donations
   Donations (for example through https://ko-fi.com/amiriiscustoms) are
   voluntary gifts. They do not purchase a license, ownership, support or any
   additional rights.

5. No warranty
   The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or
   implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
   Jailbreaking and modifying iOS carries risk. You use the Software at your
   own risk.

6. Limitation of liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amirii's Customs is not liable for
   any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Software,
   including loss of data, service interruptions, or issues with any Apple
   account or device.

7. Not affiliated with Apple
   RelayBridge is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed
   by or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, iPhone, iPad, iMessage, FaceTime and
   iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other
   countries.

8. Termination
   Your permission to use the Software ends automatically if you break these
   terms. You must then stop using and delete the Software.

9. Governing law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the
   federal laws of Canada applicable there.
